Job Description
Lead and manage the facilitation of projects from planning to delivery within quality, cost, safety and time frames by ensuring accurate preparation and execution of all project activities in accordance with both company and statutory requirements.
Manage scheduling and programming including labour and resources to ensure that the project remains on time and within budget specifications.
Execute risk identification and risk management
Analyse and interpret contract documents and specifications and coordinate with the Contracts department on proposals
Develop Method Statements of Construction and/or proposed materials for the approval from the Project Director
Liaise and consult with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure regular reporting and effective communication of project information
Oversee the management of document control and distribution of drawings, specifications and all other technical documents
Ensure project operations are in compliance with ISO requirements
Provide a central point of contact for the client regarding any reporting, variances, queries
Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
Manage all staff on-site, ensuring proper execution of project operations
What we're looking for
At least 10 years of working experience in the Building Construction Industry. Candidates who possess PPVC project or Hospital-relevant experience will have an advantage.
Recognised Degree in Architectural, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
Strong leadership skills and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Applicants with limited experience will be evaluated for assistant roles; those with substantial experience may be considered for senior positions
