Job Descriptions:
Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements.
Plan and execute all aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, catering, entertainment, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events.
Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Create event timelines and schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination of event activities.
Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct post-event evaluations ad gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Integrated Events & Project Management or equivalent.
2 to 3 years of experience in event planning and execution, with a proven track record of successful events.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timeless simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and event staff.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage event budgets,
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
