Position: Assembly Operator (Medical Devices)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Shifts:

• Morning: 7:00am – 3:00pm

• Afternoon: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic: SGD 1,800 – 2,000

• Transport Allowance: SGD 110

• Shift Allowance: SGD 180 (PM shift)

• Full training provided – no experience required

• Healthcare/medical component experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate production processes independently within assigned cell

• Perform precision assembly tasks using a microscope

• Follow standard procedures, hygiene rules, and safety guidelines (cGMP, 5S)

• Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Ensure product quality standards are met and support quality improvements

• Promote safe work practices and a zero-accident culture

Requirements:

• Able to understand and communicate in English

• No prior experience required – training provided

• Experience in healthcare or medical manufacturing is an advantage
