We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to address issues and ensure successful outcomes.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures.

  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures. Provide regular financial reports to the Sales Director and other senior management.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Provide regular status reports to the Sales Director and other key stakeholders.

Position Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in any field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry.Deep knowledge and network in semiconductor, life sciences or medical market

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • An excellent collaborator who influences and creates executive interest for a company’s solutions and offerings to drive local and regional growth

  • Self-driven and result oriented with excellent presentation, communication, planning and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
