Job Type: Full-Time | Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them find the right general insurance products – from home and auto to travel and personal cover. No cold calling – all leads are warm or pre-qualified.

• Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers (leads provided)

• Promote and sell general insurance products tailored to customers' needs

• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and pricing

• Handle objections professionally and confidently close sales

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal quality standards

• Confident communicators with a persuasive telephone manner

• A background in telesales, call centre, or insurance sales is ideal (but not essential)

• A target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure

• Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn insurance products

• Ambition to build a long-term career in insurance sales
