Responsibilities:

• Handle administration duties for Condominium (walking distance from Siglap MRT)

• Provide administrative support

• Perform a variety of ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Handling Phone Calls & Filling

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level/ Diploma

• Good attitude, Meticulous & able to work independently

• Proficient in MS Word & Excel

• Team player with pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal & communication skill

• Able to communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Working hours : 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday) and 9 am to 1 pm (alternate Saturday)

• Immediate vacancies for those who can start work as soon as possible.
