CMMS Engineer - #1119054

Key Responsibilities

-        Configure, maintain, and optimize the CMMS software to meet organizational needs.

-        Ensure accurate data entry and integrity within the CMMS.

-        Generate and analyze reports on asset performance, maintenance activities, and work orders.

-        Support maintenance teams in scheduling, tracking, and closing work orders.

-        Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules based on equipment data.

-        Train and support staff in the effective use of the CMMS.

-        Liaise with IT and engineering teams to integrate CMMS with other systems (e.g., SCADA, BIM, etc).

-        Monitor equipment performance and identify trends or potential issues for proactive maintenance.

-        Manage inventory of spare parts and materials within the CMMS.

-        Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in maintenance documentation.

-        Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMMS software and hardware.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

-        Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.

-        At least 2-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or CMMS administration.

-        Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, asset management, and equipment reliability.

-        Proficiency in CMMS software and related technologies.

-        Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

-        Good communication and training abilities.

-        Experience with integration of CMMS with other industrial systems is an advantage.
