Site Manager - #1119095

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in project implementation, planning, budget coordination, oversee, documentation for all the assigned projects

• To perform site survey, drawing and schedule installation works

• Liaise and coordinate with clients, subcontractor, supplier and building management

• To oversee, monitor and schedule work assignment to worker

• Supervise the site progress including attend meeting

• Ensure service delivery and timely submission of reports for the completed project

• Check and verify the project claim before claim submission

• Maintain and update of inventory record

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, preferably in Engineering discipline.

• Must possess good oral and written English communication skills.

• 10 years relevant experience in project operations or plant maintenance

• Able to work under pressure & meet internal & customer deadlines, independent, strong commitment & good interpersonal skills

• Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks with good attention to details
