Senior Executive, Digital Enablement & Transformation - #1119027

Job Scope:

• Support and manage software applications such as:

• Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR)

• Electronic Queue Management System (eQMS)

• Mobile applications (e.g., HealthHub, patient-facing apps)

• Billing and related systems

• Represent end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing to ensure system interoperability.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendors to ensure system readiness for implementation.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to improve performance, usability, and user adoption.

• Act as a subject matter expert to provide advice and technical support to end users, troubleshooting system-related issues in partnership with IT teams/vendors.

• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

• Support operational KPIs, strategic plans, and institution-wide initiatives related to service transformation and technology enablement.

• Work with cross-functional teams to analyse, identify, and resolve issues, implementing both short- and long-term solutions for system performance improvement.

Job Requirements:

• A recognised Degree in any discipline

• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in IT domain supporting operations

• Able to work well in a team-based environment with a pro-active mindset in problem-solving and solution implementation

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
