Job Description

• Support the team in the order fulfilment process, from receiving orders to ensuring that the orders are delivered to our customers

• Handle products enquiries

• Enter sales orders into order management system

• Print out pack lists and ensure that orders are prepared on time

• Prepare invoices and print out report for delivery team

• Handle post order fulfilment administrative tasks

• Work closely with the director to drive digitalisation and change in the company

• Other ad-hoc duties and projects
  

Requirements

• Degree or diploma. No prior work experience required. Training will be provided

• Attention to details and precise in work

• Able to read and write English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Good attitude and customer oriented

• Good to have: problem solver, inquisitive, proactive

• 5.5 days work week: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm (timing can be flexible)
  

Work location: Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre (6 minute walk from Haw Par Villa MRT)
