Job Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers
Respond to customers’ enquiries, messages and email promptly and professionally
Manage collection of course fees and handle day-end closing
Handle students’enrolment, refund and discontinuation matters
Schedule classes for teachers
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to customers
Follow up with customers to resolve issues and concerns
Maintain outlet stationery and pantry supplies
Support daily centre operations
Other admin duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification & Experience
Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels
Excellent people management and teamwork
Customer service oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Polite and pleasant personality
Able to work on weekends
Mandarin Speaking is preferred (to communicate with customers)
Singaporeans/SPR Preferred
