Job Description

• Oversees the smooth functioning and operations of the clinics

• Oversees clinic appointments, overall staff deployment and resource allocation

• Ensures guidelines and procedures related to clinic services are adhered to by all relevant personnel at all times

• Handles cases at first line and assists staff in dealing with difficult situations

• Maintains discipline in compliance with policies

• Ensures timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators tabulations 

Job Requirements

• Degree with 2-3 years of experience working as a Clinic Executive in private clinics or public healthcare institutions

• Good written and communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
