 Responsibilities:

• Support team management and coaching efforts in collaboration with the Sales Director to drive team performance and development

• Manage the full sales cycle, including cold calling, lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and closing deals to achieve sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, including face-to-face meetings and travel when necessary

• Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends to inform sales strategies and business decisions

• Implement and optimize sales processes, policies, and reporting systems to support business growth and ensure effective team operations

 Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and team management, with a proven ability to drive performance and achieve targets
