Business Planning Manager

Contract: 1 year
Salary: $4,463.25/month
Location: Depot Road
Industry Focus: Sales Operations & Incentive Compensation for Retailers

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate short-term business plans (typically <2 years) aligned with strategic objectives

• Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare execution plans, resource allocation, and assessment processes

• Set business metrics, monitor performance, and advise leaders on target achievement

• Conduct data-driven analyses to optimize resources and translate plans into financial value

• Manage Amplify compensation program for retailers, including profile/tiering, quota deployment, KPI management, and compensation matrix

• Provide feedback on global program design, assess program changes, and ensure approvals across relevant stakeholders

• Facilitate communications with market, country, and global sales operations teams

• Maintain program documentation, including SoX compliance and program guides

• Apply subject matter expertise to solve complex business issues and provide alternative recommendations

• May lead project teams and guide decision-making processes

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, finance, or related areas

• First-level university degree

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven business planning

• Ability to handle complex situations and exercise independent judgment
