The Opportunity
As the Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the warehouse — managing the flow of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and upholding high standards of service delivery.
You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager and broader operations team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of shipments, inventory movements, and documentation. Your strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to excellence will help ensure our warehouse runs safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays
Main Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
Coordinate the receipt, booking in, and dispatch of all cargo and goods in accordance with company procedures.
Load, offload, label, and palletise shipments as required, ensuring smooth flow through the warehouse.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment within set timeframes and quality standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all warehouse movements.
Support warehouse organisation and workflow efficiency through proactive problem-solving.
Inventory Management
Record and monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock audits.
Reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate data in internal systems.
Work with the Warehouse Manager to streamline stock management processes.
Customer Service Support
Respond to operational and customer queries promptly and professionally.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Provide updates on shipment status, inventory availability, and delivery progress.
Support continuous improvement in customer service delivery and turnaround times.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, and other team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Support the implementation of improved logistics and inventory systems.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to follow procedures and work under supervision.
Basic IT skills and the ability to use inventory systems.
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Your Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and handling equipment is a plus.
Basic knowledge of safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
Customer-focused with a friendly and helpful attitude
Flexible and agile
Attention to detail
Self-motivated with strong communication skills
