Senior Engineer / Assistant Facilities Manager - #1118877

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).

• Lead A&A works, ensuring project coordination, safety, quality, and cost control.

• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Supervise technicians and contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Support energy efficiency initiatives and monitor utility consumption.

• Prepare reports, incident investigations, and compliance documentation.

• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and vendors for statutory matters.

• Enforce workplace safety and implement risk controls.

• Advise on asset upgrades, lifecycle planning, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

• Min. 5 years of M&E facilities management experience, including A&A projects.

• Familiar with BCA, SCDF, and local codes & regulations.

• Proficient in CAFM/CMMS and Microsoft Office.
