As a Nursing Admin, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Compile and maintain accurate records for regulatory audits and ongoing monitoring, staff training records and nursing training hours
Annual mask-fitting documentation
Vaccination records for staff and residents
Residents' readmission records
Conduct regular reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Perform routine stock checks of medications and ward supplies to avoid overstocking or shortages.
Submit replenishment requests as needed.
Liaise with the hospital pharmacist to coordinate medication orders and collections.
Work with the Operations team to manage prescription form submissions and medication logistics.
Monitor the validity of nursing staff certifications.
Coordinate with Nurse Managers to schedule and arrange re-certification training for staff.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O' level or Certificate in Business Administration
At least 2 years of experience in administrative support
Knowledge in a healthcare setting would be an advantage
