Senior Electrical Engineer – Marine Control Panels & Systems - #1118811

• Basic $5000 to $6800 + AWS + VB

• Working Location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided at Boon Lay /Choa Chu Kang /Bukit Batok)

• Monday to Friday: 8:15am to 5:45pm

• Switchboards / Panels (Marine or Industrial) design

Job Responsibilities:

Project & Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and drafters

• Plan, assign, and oversee work for your team

• Ensure successful project outcomes and team performance

Design & Engineering

• Design marine electrical switchboards, consoles, and control panels

• Approve drawings and technical documents

• Prepare material requisitions, schematics, manuals, and calculations (e.g., short-circuit)

Client & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with clients and consultants on technical requirements

• Participate in technical discussions and project meetings

• Work with production teams to ensure design compliance

• Support Sales & Marketing with technical input

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) processes

• Implement design control and quality assurance protocols

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Marine Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in switchboard/panel design (marine or industrial)

• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, system layouts, and component selection

• Leadership experience in engineering teams or project management
