Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing consumer lifestyle brand with a strong presence across Asia Pacific. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a highly strategic and analytical finance professional to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function and support business growth across the region.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the regional FP&A function, overseeing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Partner closely with the executive team to drive the company’s medium- to long-term strategic and financial planning.

• Coordinate and manage various planning cycles, including annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.

• Conduct detailed variance analyses on revenue, expenses, and profitability, providing clear explanations and actionable insights to management.

• Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.

• Collaborate with business unit leaders to forecast income and expenditure, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Provide comprehensive reviews and commentary on cost center performance and key business drivers.

• Evaluate and recommend adjustments to forecasts and budgets generated by analysts to ensure financial targets are realistic and achievable.

• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA) will be an advantage.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, or business performance management, ideally with exposure to regional or multi-market operations.

• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate business issues into actionable financial insights.

• Proficiency in business intelligence, analytics, and reporting tools; advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (including macros) preferred.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Proven track record in leading and developing teams across multiple geographies is a plus.

• Agile, hands-on, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
