Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support mechanical and electrical (M&E) project activities to meet safety, quality, and schedule objectives

• Assist in project documentation, planning, and submissions

• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment

• Monitor site progress and report project status to relevant stakeholders

• Support site rectification work and supervise on-site activities when necessary

• Implement and maintain site safety protocols

• Attend site and coordination meetings with stakeholders

• Identify and document issues related to project processes and propose solutions

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum ITE in Engineering; Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is an advantage

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in M&E project coordination or construction site work

• Training provided for candidates with limited experience

• Class 3 driving license is a plus

• Experience with Autodesk Revit MEP is good to have
