Summary:

• Salary range: $6000-$6800

• Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm

• Industry: Retail and trading of jewelry and luxury items 

• Location: Changi Business Park Vista

A leading retailer and trader of fine jewelry and luxury items, the company is expanding its IT infrastructure team to strengthen its network reliability, cybersecurity posture, and operational excellence across retail and corporate environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN).

• Oversee network security, access controls, and vulnerability management.

• Plan and implement network upgrades and performance optimization.

• Conduct regular network and cybersecurity audits for compliance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.

• Provide end-user and on-site IT support for retail operations.

• Collaborate with business units to ensure reliable network performance.

• Manage vendors and service providers to ensure service quality.

• Maintain accurate network documentation and configurations.

• Guide and mentor junior IT/network team members.

Requirements:

• Candidates with an educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in network administration or engineering, including managerial or leadership roles, are also welcome to apply.

• Deep expertise in enterprise networking (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, SD-WAN)

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Juniper enterprise solutions.

• Possession of relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, CISSP, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
