Job Scope:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building facilities and equipment

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Monitor and operate HVAC, lighting, pump, and BMS systems

• Assist in supervising contractors during maintenance or repair works

• Conduct routine checks and record readings of M&E systems

• Attend to tenants’ complaints and resolve faults promptly

• Support facility improvement and renovation projects

• Ensure maintenance works comply with safety standards and regulations

Job Requirement:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering

• 1–3 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management
