Working days: Mon - Fri (10am - 7pm) + alternative half Sat
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Promotion: Proactively approach potential customers to promote and sell the company’s products and services.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings and clearly communicate their value to customers.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.
Reporting: Accurately document sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure excellent customer experience and business success.
Qualifications
Degree holder preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and positive-minded.
Able to adapt well in a fast-paced, outdoor sales environment.
Willing to work on weekends and evenings when required.
