Job Summary:
Locations: West Coast Plaza | Anchorpoint | Parkway Parade | 313 Somerset
Salary: Up to $3000 – $4,500 (based on experience)
Working Hours: 48 hours per week
Benefits: Meal, transport & mobile allowance, OT pay, 10 days annual leave

Supervisor & Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and team performance

• Guide, train, and motivate staff

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues

• Monitor inventory, stock, and cash management

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards

• Plan service improvements and promotions

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Japanese restaurant operations/management is advantageous
