Our client is a Singapore-based technology company specialising in robotics and autonomous solutions designed to enhance security, logistics, and operational efficiency.
As part of their growth, they are looking for a Junior HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about HR and keen to build their career in a fast-growing technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
Assist in recruitment coordination, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities, such as preparing employee documents and maintaining personnel files.
Help with payroll data collation, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
Assist in organising employee engagement and training activities.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance including office supplies management and vendor coordination.
Help coordinate internal meetings, travel bookings, and company events.
Ensure smooth daily office operations and accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
