 Roles & Responsibilities

·       Oversee AV operations to ensure smooth running of audio-visual effects during events.

·       Attend weekly function coordination meetings with Banquet team.

·       Assist with troubleshooting and servicing the PA system for the club.

·       Check that maintenance such as lightings, building works and air conditioning in the function rooms are serviced periodically.

·       Provide efficient response in times of technical malfunction.

·       Be the source for any audio-visual enquiries and provide sound technical advice for internal and external customers.

·       Assist the P&M team in developing building inspections checklist and OJT training.

·       Conduct routine AV equipment and asset inventory audits.

·       Provide assessments of all write-off equipment and assets.

·       Any other duties as assigned

Entry Requirements

• GCE ‘N/O’ Level

• NTC/ITE Grade 2/3 in Electrical / Air Conditioning / Building Services / M&E engineering

• Preferably 2 to 3 years' experience in electrical, air conditioning, building services or M&E engineering maintenance works, preferably in Club/Hotel industry
