E-Commerce Executive - #1114072

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support our online sales operations and marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, creative, and eager to grow in the fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Customer Management

1. Process and manage customer orders through Oracle NetSuite and e-commerce platforms.

2. Respond promptly to inquiries on Shopee, Shopify, and other platforms to maintain high customer satisfaction and ratings.

E-Commerce & Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, promotions, and TikTok livestreams.

• Maintain and update product listings with engaging visuals; basic design skills (e.g., Canva) will be an advantage.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Conduct regular checks to ensure platforms and websites run smoothly.

• Track KPIs, analyze e-commerce data, and support basic reporting for insights.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with platform account managers to strengthen partnerships.

• Coordinate with Finance and Sales teams to align online orders with internal records.

• Provide assistance to walk-in customers referred through online channels.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

• Must have 1-2 years of experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok, Shopify, RedMart and NTUC., and be fluent in English and Mandarin for customer support.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and self-discipline are essential

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with Canva or ORACLE Netsuite is a plus.
