Project Engineer (Commercial Project) - #1118523

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all project matters, manpower, and site coordination.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, landlords, vendors, and sub-contractors.

• Prepare permit-to-work, risk assessments, and project documentation.

• Support projects from tender to completion within budget and timeline.

• Analyse tender, technical specs, and contracts; support negotiations.

• Monitor project costing, progress claims, and variation works.

• Prepare and follow up on RFQs, price comparisons, and technical proposals.

• Attend and participate in client and consultant meetings.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Building, M&E, or equivalent.
