Factory Automation Manager - #1118521

Job Highlights:

• Permanent position based at Loyang Crescent

• Salary commensurate with experience + performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project activities and supervise site teams.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords, vendors, and sub-contractors.

• Prepare permit-to-work, risk assessments, and all required project documentation.

• Monitor project budget, progress claims, variation works, and cost control.

• Analyse tender documents, technical specifications, and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.

• Prepare and review supplier quotations, price comparisons, and technical proposals.

• Lead and attend project meetings with clients and consultants.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, codes, and project specifications.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in DCS, SCADA, and PLC (e.g., Siemens S7, WinCC, PCS7).

• Strong knowledge of field instrumentation, sensors, and troubleshooting.

• Skilled in reading and interpreting P&IDs, loop diagrams, and instrument datasheets.

• Understanding of ANSI, IEC, and ISO standards and compliance requirements.

• Experience in full project lifecycle from planning to plant start-up.

• Knowledge in spare parts management and CMMS documentation.

• Involved in technical procurement and supplier evaluation.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Building, M&E, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in M&E or industrial automation projects.
