Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for freight customers, managing bookings, tracking, and inquiries.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and proactive communication.
Coordinate with operations, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely shipment delivery.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Manage shipping documents, billing, and regulatory compliance.
Assist sales with follow-ups, quotations, and accurate recordkeeping.
Requirement:
O-Level or higher qualification.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics/freight forwarding, preferably airfreight.
Skilled in full freight documentation, including Dangerous Goods and customs declarations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight management systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
