Job Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key account relationships to meet sales targets and KPIs.
Acquire new customers to drive revenue and business growth.
Develop, negotiate, and execute customised marketing/promotional strategies.
Plan and launch new products and campaigns in collaboration with supply chain.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to generate insights.
Handle consumer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast for management.
Analyse data to support management decisions and perform ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in food sales industry.
Possess minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant course.
Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
Proven skills to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal partners.
Ability to work independently, effectively managing time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
