Plating Maintenance Technician - #1118476

Main Duties And Responsibilities To Be Accomplished :

1.      Organize the maintenance schedule for all equipment in Plating

2.      Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment

3.      Carry out all general maintenance work on plating line equipment, ie motor, pump rectifier etc.

4.      Carry out general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment.

5.      Liaise with vendor to do repair on equipment or process, cleanness

6.      Purchase component and spare part related to electrical and control item to minimize the cost

7.      Daily / periodic check, record and feedback all plating equipment for continuous operation

8.      Support DI/waste treatment operation

Requirements

·        Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical

·        More than 3 years of working experience in maintenance environment

·        Able to read electrical drawing and Autocad experience

·        Able to work independently with minimum guidance.

·        Able to communicate effective

·        12 hours shift: 4 day work week.

·        Willing to overtime when required
