About the Role
We are a dynamic team with a growing presence across both online and offline retail channels. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Executive / Manager to lead and expand our online business across major platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and iShopChangi.
In this role, you will oversee the full P&L performance of these channels, driving sales growth through effective campaign execution, strategic account management, and data-backed decision-making. You will be responsible for achieving business targets while ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships across all e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Store Management
· Manage and grow brand stores across Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and iShopChangi with a focus on sales performance, visibility, and profitability.
· Oversee the full operational setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns, listings, and product content across all platforms.
· Ensure seamless end-to-end integration of e-commerce operations, including marketing, fulfillment, and customer service processes.
Commercial Planning & Campaign Execution
· Plan, execute, and evaluate monthly campaigns and promotional activities such as vouchers, bundles, lucky draws, and GWP mechanics.
· Coordinate inter-platform campaigns (e.g. banner ads, shocking sales, keyword ads) to maximize reach and conversion.
· Lead product launches and promotional initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Business & Partner Management
· Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with marketplace Key Account Managers (KAMs) to secure visibility, deals, and co-marketing opportunities.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and stock readiness.
Market & Data Analysis
· Conduct regular market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
· Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights that drive commercial decisions and campaign optimization.
· Track key KPIs (sales, conversion rate, traffic, ROI) and provide timely performance reports and post-campaign reviews to management.
Digital Marketing:
· Plan and implement Meta & TikTok ads
Other Responsibilities
· Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives that support business growth and operational improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Haves:
· Hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, with a proven track record on at least two of these platforms: Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, or TikTok Shop.
· Demonstrable experience in managing a P&L, driving sales growth, and achieving business targets.
· Strong proficiency in using platform analytics and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyse data and generate reports.
· Experience in planning and executing successful e-commerce campaigns and promotions.
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience dealing with marketplace KAMs.
· A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves (What will make a candidate stand out):
· Hands-on experience in planning and launching ads on Meta and TikTok.
· Knowledge of marketplace SEO and listing optimization best practices.
· Experience in the Health & Wellness and Personal Care sector.
