EXECUTIVE DESIGN COORDINATOR, ARCHITECTURE - #1118397

Job Description

• Coordinate and review architectural drawings between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments (BIM, Structural and Mechanical & Electrical) to ensure the architectural designs are accurately interpreted and implemented on-site in compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.

• Assist in managing design changes and resolving design discrepancies during the construction phase.

• Liaise with local authorities (e.g., BCA, URA, SCDF) to ensure all architectural designs comply with current building codes and regulations.

• Attend and participate in design coordination meetings, site inspections, and project reviews.

• Monitor and manage the design deliverables schedule in line with the overall project timeline.

• Support in obtaining timely approvals from relevant authorities and stakeholders.

• Provide technical advice and support to construction teams during site implementation.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture with at least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination, preferably with a main contractor in Singapore.

• Familiar with Singapore building codes, regulations, and submission procedures (BCA, URA, SCDF, etc.).

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of BIM coordination is an advantage.

• Good understanding of construction processes and sequencing.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
