The Role

Position Summary

The incumbent will perform duties of a Civil Production/manufacturing engineer, work closely with drafting and QS departments as well as government agencies in ensuring production of high quality precast components in a safe working environment

Responsibilities

• Manage a team in manufacturing of precast components. Ensuring that schedule and Planning and arrangement of staff, manpower, material and machinery.

• Selection of material, supplier and sub-contractor with approval from MD.

• Control of production cost, quality and occupational health and safety

• Solve any major complaints/ issues from customers.

• Assign work and responsibility to mechanics, supervisor, storekeeper, workers and sub-contractors.

• Maintenance of Factory inclusive of automated machinery & equipment, dormitory, production site, storage site if any, conforming to Building and MOM requirement.

Talent Profile

• Must possess at least a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering /Quantity Survey/ Building or equivalent.

• 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field preferred
