• Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, reports, and specifications to support project delivery, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

• Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to relevant structural codes, regulations, and safety standards, maintaining the highest quality and safety benchmarks.

• On-site Support: Provide valuable on-site support during construction phases and assist with problem-solving as needed, contributing to smooth project execution.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, fostering personal and professional growth.

• Project Support: Assist the Design Manager with any ad hoc projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your role.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution, providing a strong foundation for the role.

• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in executing specialist building works, bringing valuable insights to the team.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using engineering design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAADPRO & AutoCAD, enabling efficient and accurate work.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to engineering challenges.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant structural codes and regulations in Singapore, ensuring compliance and best practices.
