• Salary Package: Basic Up to $3500 + AWS + VB + Quarterly incentive

• Established Water Treatment industry

• Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)

• Working Days & Hours: 5 days work week (8am - 5pm)

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Attend to phone call, email or walk-in customer promptly and handle their feedback or complaints professionally

• Monitor and manage collection schedules and purchase order

• Work closely with internal department to ensure service delivery and collection are on time

• Filling and preparing monthly reports

• Ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Customer Service Manager

The Ingredients for Success:

• Min Diploma in Business and with 2 years of relevant work experiences
