R&D MARKETING EXECUTIVE
About the RoleAs the leading soymilk manufacturer in Singapore, we’re constantly innovating to bring wholesome soy-based products to every table — from beverages and desserts to functional nutrition lines.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative R&D Marketing Executive who will drive marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling, bridging product innovation and marketing strategy.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, deep consumer insight, and the ability to blend marketing flair with product understanding.
Our current office is located in Aljunied area.
Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way(Near Woodlands/Sembawang) around the end of the 2025.
Marketing & Brand Activation (70%)
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for supermarkets, convenience stores, and food service channels.
Create compelling brand stories, visuals, and product positioning that highlight the uniqueness of our soy products.
Design or collaborate closely with designers to direct creative concepts, packaging design and campaign aesthetics.
Plan and coordinate product launches, trade promotions, sampling activities, and seasonal activations.
Work with media and social platforms to increase product visibility and strengthen brand image.
Develop marketing materials and e-commerce content.
Analyze campaign performance, market response, and consumer trends to guide future marketing strategies.
Product Research & Development (30%)
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new soy-based product opportunities.
Support the development of new soy-based products such as Granola bars and soymilk variants
Participate in product testing, formulation trials, and sensory evaluations.
Gather consumer feedback and translate insights into marketing-oriented product improvements.
Monitor industry trends, ingredients, and packaging innovations to support long-term product pipelines.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Food Science, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, product development, or FMCG branding.
Strong aesthetic sense (审美观) and ability to communicate creative direction with designers.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Passionate about marketing, food innovation, and brand building.
Knowledge of food manufacturing or soy-based products will be an advantage.
