Responsibilities:

• Develop novel BCD platform devices.

• Conduct TCAD device simulations and deck calibration.

• Design, analyze, and layout device test keys.

• Perform device bench testing including DC/HV/reliability testing and characterization.

• Fine-tune devices to ensure on-time delivery and successful reliability qualification.
  

Requirements:

• Masters/Degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering.

• 3 years’ experience in similar field and relevant working experience in BCD development is preferred.

• Hands on experience in TCAD simulation, calibration, layout, and power device bench testing is advantageous.
