Job Title: Locum / Agency Nurse

Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Locum / Agency Nurses to provide ad-hoc support in accompanying patients to Tertiary Care Units (TCU) and during hospital stays when required. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, responsible, and comfortable working in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany patients to and from Tertiary Care Units (TCU).

• Provide nursing support and supervision during overnight hospital stays when patients are hospitalised.

• Ensure patients’ safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the care process.

• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure continuity of care and adherence to care protocols.

Schedule & Commitment:

• Ad-hoc basis, depending on patient needs.

• Minimum 4-hour block shifts.

• Shifts may fall within office hours, 2 rotating shifts, or 3 rotating shifts.

Requirements:

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.

• Relevant nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and respond calmly in dynamic situations.
