QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Duties & Responsibilities  

Incoming QA(IQA) and Outgoing QA (OQA) Inspection

Quality Wall (QW) buy off

Weekly process audit

Non Conformance Material Report (NCMR)

Job Requirements

Min ‘O” level with 3 years of related experiences in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of Microsoft (words, excel and ppt) is a must.

Knowledge of Stamping, Plating, Molding and Connector Assembly is an added essential.

Good knowledge on measurement methodology and equipment (profile projector, TM scope, OGP smart scope).

Exposure in Process and QMS Audit.

Knowledge of Quality tools such as SPC and 7 QC tools.

Good interpretation of product drawing, specification and Inspection Plan.

12 hours shift: 4 day work week

Able to commit to work Overtime

Able to work independently.

• 负责进料检验（IQA）与出货检验（OQA）

• 执行质量墙（QW）放行检查

• 进行每周制程稽核

• 编写与处理不合格品报告（NCMR）

任职要求

• 最低学历为“O”水准（相当于中学毕业），具备 3 年以上制造业相关经验

• 必须熟悉 Microsoft Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint

• 具备 冲压、电镀、成型及连接器组装 相关知识者优先

• 熟悉 测量方法与设备（如投影仪、TM 显微镜、OGP 智能测量仪）

• 有 制程及质量管理体系（QMS）稽核 经验

• 了解 质量工具，如 SPC 与 7 大 QC 工具

• 能正确解读 产品图纸、规格及检验计划

• 具备 独立工作能力

• 12小时轮班：每周工作4天

• 能配合加班工作
