Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery

• Coordinate and lead internal teams and external stakeholders (consultants, clients, subcontractors)

• Monitor site progress, identify critical paths, and drive timely execution

• Ensure all work complies with approved plans, drawings, contractual terms, and regulatory standards

• Manage project resources, scheduling, and cost control effectively

• Lead site operations and ensure safety and compliance with regulations

• Prepare regular project reports and updates for management and stakeholders

• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to address project challenges

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Building, or Project Management, recognized by PEB or BCA

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with high-rise or large-scale projects

• Experience in managing subcontractors and site operations

• DSTA project experience is good to have

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
