 Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repairs/replacement and calibrations to the machines and hardware

  • Monitor software and applications, manage updates/patches, and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless performance

  • Collect and analyse performance data from machines and systems to identify improvement areas conduct failure trend analysis

  • Provide technical support to customers via Phone, Chat, Email and onsite support

  • Monitor spare inventory, spare movement and place orders when necessary

  • Support handling will be 7x24 and rotating shift is required

  • Manage relationships with customers, contractors and suppliers

  • Coordinate with other Technical Support team or members to escalate cases with unresolved issues to the respective product vendor

  • Maintain maintenance logs and report daily, weekly and monthly activities

  • Work closely with the Integration and Delivery Team to ensure the maintenance crew and himself are trained to work on the systems

  • To demonstrate and show an intermediate understanding of how enterprise infrastructure and COTS monitoring tools work

  • Maintain records and SOPs of maintenance activities, software issues and repairs

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

 Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or any related disciplines

  • 2-4 years’ experience in hardware and system maintenance role

  • Strong knowledge and practical hands-on experience in engineering concepts, including electrical, mechanical and enterprise systems setup

  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity

  • Experience in working maintenance operations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members and customers

  • Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning and decision-making

  • Familiar with Singapore Government project’s operational support will be an added advantage
