Responsibilities:
Drive growth in Government, Educational and Healthcare or Enterprise sectors.
Grow incremental and new sales from greenfield accounts while simultaneously reducing customer turnover.
Implement strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Provide accurate and realistic forecasting and expenses reports.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly metrics, develop sales pipeline, successfully manage opportunities to close and ensure quota is met consistently.
Able to work on tenders/RFQ independently.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, executive sponsors and other business buying personas within your account base.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of related experience, including Network and Cybersecurity solutions.
Preferably with industry-related sales experience in Government, Education and Healthcare or Enterprise sectors.
Proven track records of sales and account management.
Experience in development and execution of major accounts, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs would be an added advantage.
Experience in handling high volume sales or bulk tender.
Strong business acumen and results-oriented.
Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
Prior experience in direct end-user/customer engagement rather than channel or distribution will be advantageous.
Fresh graduates with relevant domain knowledge may be considered as well.
