IT Project Manager - #1118307

Join a cross-functional crew—analysts, architects, and technical specialists—focused on delivering the ICT capabilities behind Singapore’s Smart Nation. Own the flow from requirements to rollout, manage procurement and timelines, surface and mitigate risks early, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Strong relationship management and comfort with fast, shifting priorities will set the pace for success.

Your challenge:

• Plan and lead the business case and budgeting for the ICT system, aligning scope, benefits, and costs.

• Manage and execute IT procurement and coordinate audits, ensuring timely, compliant outcomes.

• Drive delivery against the project plan to meet defined business needs and success metrics within agreed cost, timeline, and quality parameters.

• Identify project risks, explain their impact on the organization, and recommend practical mitigation measures.

• Engage and manage vendors effectively to deliver the required ICT solutions and services.

• Apply IT management, quality, and security policies and guidelines so development and maintenance processes, procedures, and systems remain compliant.

What we require:

• At least 5 years of project management experience in a similar role with at least 2 of years' of experience in full project development lifecycles.

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or possess an equivalent qualification.

• Experience managing projects in government agencies is a plus, especially with solid working knowledge of IM8.

• Demonstrate strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Be driven by innovation and focused on achieving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

• Communicate clearly in writing and speech, with confident presentation and negotiation skills
