Responsibilities:

• Develop procedures and maintain QMS documentation.

• Attain new and maintain existing business licenses and certifications, including but not limited to GDP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485.

• Handle and manage complaints, product recalls, deviations, CAPAs, counterfeiting/tampering incidents, supplier performance issues, and other quality performance indicators. Ensure proper documentation, investigation, trending, and communication with stakeholders and management.

• Implement and ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GxP regulations, and other relevant quality standards within the QMS.

• Identify gaps in QMS processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• QA experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.

• Quality Management certification (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor) is an added advantage.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
