Aesthetics Consultant (Medical Aesthetics Clinic / Aesthetics & Wellbeing) - #1118217

Responsibilities:

• Capable in carrying out skin analysis and give professional advice / recommendations to clients as per the Company’s system

• Recommend suitable skincare / therapies solutions based on customers’ requirements.

• Attending to clients’ inquiries, including telephone inquiries and walk in customers

• Attending to clients for their appointment scheduling, confirmations and promotion announcement

• Handling clients registration and cashiering duties in sales transactions

• Provide assistance in retrieval, filing, updating and recording of consultation cards

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.

• Contribute to the client retention program with diligence and commitment

• Able to achieve sales targets and lead the team to achieve the expected goals

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years working experience

• Candidates must possess CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC /WSQ qualifications or equivalent

• Able to converse fluently with English and Mandarin speaking clients.

• Able to do nutritional counselling will be an advantage

• Organized and efficient, good interpersonal skills, well groomed, customer-oriented and performance driven

• Willing to work full day on Saturdays
