About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Richee Engineering Enterprise Pte Ltd. As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our warehouse facility in the Tuas Region. This full-time position is responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing goods.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods

• Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance and performance feedback

• Implement and monitor warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and accuracy

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely fulfillment of customer orders

• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports as required

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to management

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role within the manufacturing, construction industry

• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and best practices

• Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills

• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory control software

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges
