Job Description:
Management of current regional key accounts through channels and direct sales (Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan and etc).
Work together with Managing Director to drive the revenue-generation of the company by consistently meeting sales targets.
Build strong rapport with meeting customers to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
Build solution-based partners to fulfil customer needs and create business growth value to company.
Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps and pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly target, ensuring accuracy reporting in Sales System.
Develop sales strategies to grow key accounts.
Identify and develop potential new dealer network for regional export market.
To perform any ad-hoc as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or Business Management related.
At least 3-5 years of sales experience within cleaning equipment industry or export will be an added advantage.
Proven track records of achieving sales targets, channel development and key account management.
Excellent interpersonal, customer relations skills, resilience, strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Fluent in both written & spoken English and Mandarin.
Highly-mobile and able to travel frequently at short-notice.
Willing to work in Tuas, West Region, Singapore.
