Our client is seeking a Site Manager to join their team!

Lead exciting construction projects in the Tengah West Region where your management expertise will drive successful project delivery from start to finish. This senior role offers the opportunity to work with a well-established construction company that has built a reputation for excellence and innovation over 20 years, making a real impact on Singapore's commercial and residential landscape.

Other Information:

• Working Day: 5.5 days

• Working Timing: 9am-6pm; 9am-1pm

• Working Location: Tengah area

• Salary Range: $5,000-$6,000
  

What you'll be doing?

• Project Coordination - Coordinate and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards

• Progress Monitoring - Monitor site progress continuously, identifying potential issues early and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track

• Safety Leadership - Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations while implementing appropriate safety measures to protect all team members

• Stakeholder Communication - Liaise professionally with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide regular progress updates and address any concerns promptly

• Documentation Management - Prepare and maintain comprehensive project records, reports, and documentation that support project success and regulatory compliance

• Team Development - Provide valuable guidance and mentorship to junior members of the site team, fostering their professional growth and development

Who are they looking for?

• Proven Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, bringing demonstrated leadership and project delivery success

• Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles that ensure effective project execution

• Leadership Skills - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities that enable you to lead teams and manage complex projects effectively

• Team Leadership - Ability to work collaboratively in team environments while leading by example and inspiring others to achieve their best

• Technical Proficiency - Strong skills in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts with accuracy and attention to detail

• Safety Expertise - Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations with the ability to ensure full compliance across all site activities

• Educational Foundation - Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, providing the technical foundation for construction leadership
